- Nationality & Residency: Applicants must hold nationality from one of 30 eligible countries and currently reside in one of these countries (though not necessarily their country of origin).
- Age Requirements:
- Bachelor/Initial Master’s applicants: Must be between 19–35 years old by January 1 of the intake year.
- Advanced Master’s applicants: Must be under 45 years old by January 1.
