Primary Responsibilities

As a Summer Fellow, you’ll be a vital part of Bellwether’s Strategic Advising team, contributing to projects that tackle time-sensitive challenges in education. Key duties include:

  • Producing research briefs, strategic plans, and presentations.
  • Collaborating with clients to design high-impact business strategies and implementation plans.
  • Developing work plans, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, and creating actionable strategies for clients.
  • Engaging in thought leadership and contributing to internal capability-building initiatives.
  • Partnering with Bellwether leaders to ensure clients achieve meaningful change.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Currently enrolled in a graduate program, ideally with a strong academic record in business or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in strategic thinking, project management, research, and analytical problem-solving.
  • Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills, alongside excellent communication abilities.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and addressing systemic inequities in education.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with maturity and adaptability in a dynamic, small-organization setting.
  • Familiarity with the challenges and disparities faced by underserved students in PreK-20 education and workforce development.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
