Who Can Apply? Eligibility Criteria
This scholarship is designed to support women with a passion for biosciences who are close to completing their degrees. To qualify, applicants must:
- Be a Nebraska Resident: Applicants must live in Nebraska and attend a Bio Nebraska-approved college, community college, or university.
- Be a Woman in Biosciences: Must be enrolled in an undergraduate bioscience program or a related discipline.
- Meet Academic Progress: Have at least a junior standing in a four-year program or 50% of credits completed in a two-year curriculum.
- Demonstrate Financial Need: Show unmet financial need after all other forms of aid are secured.
- Maintain Academic Excellence: Hold a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Be a Full-Time Student: Be currently enrolled and in good standing with a full-time course load.

- Peru State College
- Midland University
- Nebraska Methodist College.
