BIT Scholarship 2025 – 2nd Round Open for International Postgraduate Students

The Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) has officially opened the second round of applications for its highly competitive and fully funded Chinese Government Scholarships (CSC) for international students entering postgraduate programs in 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious students from around the world to study in one of China’s most prestigious universities with full financial support.


BIT Scholarship Package Details

Students accepted under the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) will receive:

  • Full tuition fee waiver
  • Free university accommodation or housing subsidy
  • Monthly living stipend
    • Master’s students: CNY 3,000/month
    • Doctoral students: CNY 3,500/month
  • Comprehensive medical insurance (CNY 800/year)

    • Silk Road Program

2# Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC – Type A):

    • Bilateral Program through applicant’s home country

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for BIT’s CSC scholarship programs, applicants must:

  • Be a non-Chinese citizen in good health
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree when applying for a Master’s program, or a Master’s degree when applying for a PhD program
  • Meet language proficiency requirements (Chinese or English)
  • Submit a complete application with required documents
  • Satisfy all academic and admission criteria of the selected postgraduate program.
