How to Apply (No Agents Needed!)
Beware of scams! U of T doesn’t work with any scholarship agencies or third-party consultants. Here’s how YOU can officially apply:
- Ask your high school to nominate you — each school can nominate just one student per year. (Nomination opens July 1, 2025!)
- Apply to U of T through the OUAC portal by October 17, 2025. Pro tip: The scholarship applies only to your first-choice program, so choose wisely.
- Once nominated and your U of T application is in, you’ll receive a personalized link to submit your Pearson Scholarship application by November 7, 2025.
Eligibility Check:
- You must be an international student needing a study permit.
- You must be in your final year of high school (graduating in 2025/2026).
- You must be starting undergraduate studies at U of T in September 2026.

Application Deadline
To apply for the Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship, your school must submit your nomination by October 10, 2025. Following that, you must complete your University of Toronto admission application by October 17, 2025.
Once both steps are completed, you will receive a link to the scholarship application, which must be submitted by the final deadline of November 7, 2025.
