This scholarship, funded by the Sustainable Canadian Agricultural Partnership, is more than just financial aid. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the 2025 scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. Residency: Must be a resident of Saskatchewan.
  2. Education:
    • Grade 12 student or recent high school/GED graduate (within the past two years).
    • Planning to pursue post-secondary education in an agriculture-related field starting in Fall 2025.
  3. Post-Secondary Institution: Enrollment can be at any accredited institution in Canada, not limited to Saskatchewan.
  4. Inclusivity: Applications are encouraged from individuals who self-declare as Indigenous, persons with disabilities, or members of visible minority groups.

Note: Employees of the Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture and Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation, along with their immediate families, are not eligible.

    • A 3-minute video, or
    • A 1,000-word essay on the theme: Solutions to Challenges in Agriculture.

    • A letter of conditional acceptance from a post-secondary institution.
    • A letter of recommendation from a teacher, professor, agriculture industry leader, or community leader.
