Central South University China Link Fully-funded Scholarship 2025

Are you a current student or academic faculty member dreaming of conducting research or academic exchange in China? Central South University (CSU), in partnership with the China Scholarship Council (CSC), has officially opened applications for the 2025 China Link Scholarship Program — a golden opportunity for international talent to experience China’s dynamic academic environment while receiving full financial support!


Program Highlights

  • Funding Categories:
    • General Scholar: For current undergraduate or master’s students
    • Senior Scholar: For current PhD students or full-time academic staff
  • Duration: 1–12 months – (Study or research should commence no later than August 31, 2026)
  • Language: Programs are conducted in English or Chinese, depending on the specific course or research focus at CSU.
  • Fields of Study: Open to all disciplines, excluding Chinese language study.

Scholarship Funding Offers Following

All selected scholars will receive a full CSC-funded scholarship, including:

  • Tuition Fee Waiver
  • Free On-Campus Accommodation
  • Comprehensive Medical Insurance
  • Monthly Living Stipend: CNY 3,000 for general scholars, and CNY 3,500 for senior scholars.

Who Is Eligible?

To apply, candidates must:

  1. Be a non-Chinese citizen with sound physical and mental health and strong academic performance.
  2. Be under 45 years old (general scholar) or 50 years old (senior scholar).
  3. Be registered full-time students or full-time faculty at a CSC partner university at the time of application and during the intended stay.
  4. Possess a pre-admission letter from Central South University.
