Chung Hwa Rotary Educational Foundation Academic Scholarship 2026

The Chung Hwa Rotary Educational Foundation has officially opened applications for its Academic Scholarship 2026, exclusively designed for international graduate students in Taiwan. This new scholarship, supported by the Rotary International Taiwan Foundation, aims to support highly motivated foreign students in pursuing their master’s or doctoral studies while fostering academic excellence and cultural exchange.

Funding Package

The scholarship provides substantial financial assistance to help cover tuition and research expenses. Applicants are required to submit a scholarship budget plan along with their documents, ensuring that financial aid is tailored to their academic needs. Importantly, this award does not conflict with other scholarships, meaning students may simultaneously hold funding from programs such as NDHU, MOE, or MOFA scholarships.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Submit a complete set of required documents, including an application form (2 copies), autobiography and statement of purpose, recommendation letter, academic transcript, proof of enrollment, passport and ARC copies, two recent ID photos, research proposal signed by their advisor, and a scholarship budget plan.
  • Ensure all documents are typed and signed—handwritten applications will not be accepted.
  • Successfully pass the document review to proceed to the interview stage, where shortlisted candidates will be individually notified.
