- Unofficial Transcript: High school seniors and college students must provide fall semester grades for the current academic year, while GED holders can submit their certificate.
- Recommendation Letter: At least one letter is required, written by an academic or professional contact, to highlight your work ethic, career goals, and unique qualities.
- Tax Information: Submit the first two pages of your 2023 tax returns to verify household income.
