The application period for the 2025-2026 academic year runs from November 1, 2024, to February 5, 2025. Early preparation is encouraged to ensure applicants have all required documents ready.

To streamline the process, gather these essential items before applying:

  1. List of Awards and Extracurricular Activities: Detail your achievements and involvement over the last 1-3 years.
  2. Unofficial Transcript: High school seniors and college students must provide fall semester grades for the current academic year, while GED holders can submit their certificate.
  3. Recommendation Letter: At least one letter is required, written by an academic or professional contact, to highlight your work ethic, career goals, and unique qualities.
  4. Tax Information: Submit the first two pages of your 2023 tax returns to verify household income.
  5. Essays: Reflect on three key areas in your application essays:
    • Personal Statement: Share your story, family background, and aspirations.
    • Academic/Career Goals: Describe why college is essential to you and outline your career goals.
    • Community Impact: Highlight your contributions and future plans for making a difference.
