  2. Apply through a nominating agency, either a national nominating agency or a selected NGO. Ensure to meet the agency-specific criteria.
  3. Submit all required documents, including:
    • Proof of citizenship
    • Transcripts of academic records
    • References from at least two individuals
    • Personal statement and development impact statement
  4. Applications must be completed as early as possible to avoid issues during the last-minute rush.
