Full Scholarships for Master’s and Doctoral Students

The program, managed by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) under China’s Ministry of Education, offers full scholarships covering tuition fees, university accommodation (shared room), comprehensive medical insurance, and monthly stipends (CNY 3,000 for Master’s students and CNY 3,500 for Doctoral candidates). Partial scholarships are also available, covering select benefits.

Eligibility Benchmarks

Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health, hold a Bachelor’s (for Master’s) or Master’s (for Doctoral) degree, and meet specific language requirements (IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL 80 for English-taught programs or HSK 4 for Chinese-taught programs).   3. Documents Required: Applicants must provide academic transcripts, a research proposal, a study plan, two recommendation letters, a valid passport, health forms, and more.

Application Deadline: March 30, 2025, with a special deadline of February 15, 2025, for High-Level Postgraduates Program applicants.
