The Deloitte Scholarship 2025 is a transformative opportunity for young leaders working in the fields of climate action and education transformation. Sponsored by Deloitte in partnership with One Young World, this scholarship aims to empower individuals who are developing innovative solutions to combat climate change, protect natural ecosystems, and revolutionize education and skills development.
A total of eight outstanding individuals—four focused on climate solutions and four dedicated to education and skills innovation—will be selected to attend the One Young World Summit 2025, taking place in Munich, Germany, from 3–6 November 2025.
Deloitte Scholarship Benefits
Recipients of the Deloitte Scholarship 2025 will receive:
- Fully funded access to the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich.
- Hotel accommodation (private room) from 2–6 November 2025.
- Round-trip economy-class travel to and from Munich.
- Meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, provided by the hotel and at the Summit.
- Ground transportation between Summit venues.
- Exclusive participation in Deloitte-hosted sessions and networking with a Deloitte mentor (“buddy”).

The Deloitte Scholarship is designed for young visionaries who have demonstrated a strong commitment to addressing global challenges. Candidates must be engaged in one of the following areas:
1# Leveraging Innovation to Combat Climate Change
Candidates must be working on technological solutions that address environmental challenges, such as:

- AI-driven and tech-based solutions to reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainability.
- Development of energy-efficient AI models that minimize resource consumption and prevent environmental harm.
- Biodiversity conservation through ecosystem monitoring, deforestation prevention, and habitat protection.
- Data science and machine learning applications for predicting and mitigating climate risks.
2# Transforming Education and Skills Development
Applicants must be pioneering solutions that enhance education and upskilling through innovation, such as:

- Digital skills programs designed to equip individuals with future-proof competencies for evolving job markets.
- Green skills integration into education and workforce development, preparing individuals for careers in sustainability.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Deloitte Scholarship 2025, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Age Requirement: 18 – 30 years old*.
- Nationality: Open to candidates from all countries where Deloitte has a presence.
- Proven commitment to positive change in either climate solutions or education transformation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and an understanding of key local and global issues.
- A track record of innovation in solving climate and environmental challenges or transforming education and skills development.
Applicants over 30 will be considered based on their personal impact and contributions, but applicants under 18 are not eligible.
