EDISU Piemonte Scholarship 2025/2026 Now Open

The EDISU Piemonte Scholarship for the 2025-2026 academic year is now accepting applications, offering generous financial aid and housing services for eligible students enrolled (or planning to enroll) in universities across Piedmont.
What is the EDISU Piemonte Scholarship?
This is an annual public competition-based scholarship that provides financial support to help cover the costs of studying at universities, AFAM institutions, ISIA, or Higher Education Schools for Language Mediators in the Piedmont Region of Italy. It is available for Bachelor’s, Master’s, Single-cycle Master’s, PhD programs, and Specialization Schools.
If you’re a non-resident student, you can also apply for university accommodation at the same time you apply for the scholarship—offering a complete package to support your study journey in Italy!
Who Can Apply?
You are eligible to apply if you are:
- An international or Italian student enrolled or planning to enroll in any of the following in the Piedmont Region:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Single-cycle Master’s Degree
- PhD Programs or Specialization Schools
- AFAM, ISIA, or Language Mediation Higher Education Schools
Eligibility is based on:
- Merit: Meeting a minimum number of CFU (university credits) based on your year of study.
- Economic Criteria: Demonstrating need based on your household’s financial status.
- Other Requirements: Including conditions like disability, non-residency, or international status.
Housing Benefit
Non-resident students may apply for housing in university residences by selecting the accommodation option during the scholarship application process. This must be done simultaneously with the scholarship application.
How to Apply?
Applications must be submitted online via the EDISU Piemonte Portal: https://www.edisu.piemonte.it/en/services/scholarships-and-other-grants/scholarship
- Italian residents: Apply using SPID or CIE
- International students without Italian credentials: You must request a Temporary Access Code, valid until 30 June 2026.
Applicants must carefully read the Notice of Competition to understand all eligibility requirements and supporting documents needed.
Application Deadlines
For Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Single-cycle Master’s degree students: The application portal will be open from 25 July to 09 September 2025 (12:00 PM Italy time).
For PhD Programs and Specialization Schools: Applications can be submitted from 28 October to 28 November 2025 (12:00 PM Italy time). All results (provisional and final) will be published in your personal online area on the EDISU website—no individual notifications will be sent.
