Embark Scholars Program 2025 at KPMG for Students
KPMG’s Embark Scholars Program 2025 is a prestigious multi-year paid internship designed to develop high-performing students into future leaders at KPMG. This eight-week program includes national training and rotations across KPMG’s Audit, Tax, and Advisory practices, enabling participants to explore various areas within the firm and identify their preferred career path. Scholars will engage in hands-on learning, gain exposure to real-world projects, and connect with leaders within the firm.
Throughout the internship, participants are aligned with a cross-functional network and Business Resource Groups, fostering collaboration and inclusivity. Additionally, scholars will work on a Capstone project in virtual teams, promoting relationship building and knowledge sharing.

Eligibility Benchmark Requirements
The program is open to students who meet the following criteria:
- Diverse Backgrounds: Applicants who identify as members of traditionally underrepresented racial and ethnic minority groups in professional services (e.g., Black or African-American, Hispanic or Latinx, American Indian or Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander) are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Academic Requirements: Must be pursuing an accounting or IT-related degree from an accredited college/university.
- Education Timeline: Applicants must have at least two years of education remaining before becoming eligible for full-time employment.
- Preferred GPA: A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
