Emile Boutmy Scholarship Benefits
For Bachelor’s Degree Students:

For Master’s Degree Students:

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Émile Boutmy Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be first-time applicants from a non-European Union country.
- Have a household that does not file taxes within the European Union.
- Be admitted to an Undergraduate or Master’s program at Sciences Po.
Ineligible Candidates
- Swiss and Norwegian applicants (who may be entitled to CROUS scholarships).
- Candidates with dual citizenship, including EU citizenship.
- Quebec candidates for master’s degrees (eligible for sliding scale fees).
- Candidates for specific dual-degree programs, exchange students, and Ph.D. students.
- Candidates applying via the French graduate admission procedure.
The scholarship cannot be combined with other scholarships, except in exceptional cases decided by the jury.
