Emory Healthcare in the United States is now accepting applications for its Administrative Fellowship Program for Spring 2026, and it’s open to applicants from around the world!
What Is This Fellowship?
The Administrative Fellowship at Emory Healthcare (EHC) is a two-year, full-time, paid program designed to train the next generation of healthcare leaders. Based in one of the top academic health systems in the U.S., this program offers fellows a chance to deeply understand how hospitals and clinics operate—while working directly with senior leadership.
During the program, fellows take on real-world projects that focus on operations, finance, and leadership. They’ll also get exposure to key departments like marketing, HR, and IT, while participating in executive-level meetings and strategic planning.
Fellowship Package Offers
- Direct mentorship from CEOs or other senior leaders
- Hands-on project management experience
- Training in leadership, data analysis, and health systems
- Serve as an Administrator on Call in year two
- Build professional networks across Emory’s healthcare system.
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, you must:
- Have a Master’s degree (or be graduating soon) in one of the following:
- Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or Nursing Administration
- Have prior healthcare experience (internships and leadership roles are a plus)
- Be passionate about innovation, resilience, and adaptability in healthcare.
