Erasmus+ Scholarship for Student Mobility 2026 at Tecnológico de Monterrey

Tecnológico de Monterrey has officially opened the call for applications for the Erasmus+ Scholarship for Student Mobility for the February–June 2026 academic term, in partnership with SRH University Heidelberg and funded by Erasmus+. This prestigious opportunity aims to advance the internationalization efforts of the university while offering students a once-in-a-lifetime academic, professional, and cultural experience abroad.

Scholarship Funding Package

Selected students will receive a comprehensive financial support package under the Erasmus+ scheme that includes:

• Airfare Support: Up to €1,500 toward the cost of travel to Germany
• Monthly Maintenance Grant: Up to €850/month for the full semester
• Health Insurance Coverage: Fully covered international health insurance policy by the Líderes del Mañana Coordination

Note: Students are responsible for other expenses such as visa fees, deposits, and incidental costs.

Eligibility Criteria at a Glance

This scholarship is exclusively open to students from the Líderes del Mañana program who meet the following conditions:

1. Must be actively enrolled in the Business School with regular academic standing for the August–December 2025 semester
2. Hold a minimum GPA of 95/100
3. Be in the 5th semester or beyond, with at least 6 academic units available
4. No previous participation in any international academic experience
5. Meet the language requirement (TOEFL iBT 80 or IELTS 6.5)
6. Free of academic or disciplinary sanctions.

Application Process and Documents

Applicants must compile and submit the following documents in a single PDF file (max. 10MB):

• One-page Curriculum Vitae
• Academic Transcript (Hoja FAM)
• Digital copy of the Líderes del Mañana scholarship certificate
• Language proficiency certificate (TOEFL or IELTS)
• One-page Motivation Letter addressing:
  1. Why do you want an international academic experience?
  2. What are your goals—personal and professional—for joining this program?

Application Submission Dates

The application process for the Erasmus+ Student Mobility Scholarship will officially open on August 1, 2025, inviting eligible students to prepare and submit their documents. All applications must be submitted by August 29, 2025, no later than 11:59 PM (local time).

Once the submission period closes, the Selection Committee will review all eligible applications on September 3, 2025. Successful candidates will be notified on September 5, 2025 through the official email and website. The scholarship award letter will be issued only after the selected student submits a digital copy of their official acceptance letter from SRH University Heidelberg.
