Established under the globally respected Fulbright framework, this program has helped thousands of educators refine teaching strategies, strengthen leadership skills, and return home equipped to transform learning environments. The six-week fully funded training in the U.S. focuses on modern teaching methods, technology integration, and cross-cultural collaboration — making it one of the most competitive and rewarding professional fellowships for school teachers globally.

Selected teachers will participate in academic seminars, practical classroom training, and cultural exchange while working closely with U.S. partner educators. Participants are nominated based on professional experience, leadership potential, and commitment to improving education in their home communities. Final selections are made by the Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board.
