About the Intretech Qiushi Scholarship 2026
The Qiushi Scholarship is a fully funded undergraduate scholarship that covers tuition fees, living expenses, and on-campus accommodation. Sponsored by Intretech and hosted by Tianjin University, this program is designed to attract brilliant international students with strong academic backgrounds and leadership potential. The goal is to nurture globally competent professionals who will contribute to innovation, science, and social development.
Each selected scholar receives a tuition subsidy of 20,000 RMB per academic year, a monthly living allowance of 2,500 RMB, and free accommodation on campus.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants from all countries (except China) are welcome to apply if they meet the following requirements:
- Must be non-Chinese citizens holding a valid passport.
- Must have a high school diploma and be under the age of 25.
- Should be in good physical and mental health, with no criminal record.
- For those under 18, a guardian certificate notarized in Tianjin is required.
Language requirements:
- For Chinese-taught programs: HSK-5 (minimum 180) or HSK-4 (minimum 180 for School of International Education).
- For English-taught programs: IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 80. Native English speakers or students who completed high school in English can submit a study certificate instead.
Programs and Duration
The Qiushi Scholarship supports 4–5-year bachelor’s degree programs offered at Tianjin University. Applicants may explore a variety of majors across engineering, business, architecture, and science.
Application Process

Take the CSCA Test:
Applicants must take the China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA), organized by the China Scholarship Council. The test evaluates academic capability and serves as a critical selection factor. -
Complete the Online Application:
Visit the TJU International Student Service System (tju.at0086.cn/student) to fill in your details, upload the required documents, and submit the Qiushi Scholarship Application Form. -
Attend the Interview:
Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an online or in-person interview to assess academic potential and communication skills. -
Admission and Visa:
Successful candidates will receive an Admission Notice and Visa Application Form (JW201/JW202) to apply for a student visa (X1 type) at the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate.
