International Masters Automatic Scholarships 2026 at Leeds University
International students from select countries now have a chance to secure a £6,000 tuition fee reduction without the need to submit a separate scholarship application. The International Masters Regional Scholarships are available for taught master’s programmes starting in 2026 at the University of Leeds. These awards aim to reduce the financial burden of studying abroad, enabling students to focus on their academic goals while enriching the diversity of the campus community.
Automatic Scholarship Package

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be a national of one of these countries: Egypt, France, Germany, India, Japan, Mexico, Peru, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, or Vietnam. (Domicile alone is not sufficient – you must hold nationality).
- Be classified as an international fee-paying student.
- Hold a conditional or unconditional offer for a 2026 master’s degree at the University of Leeds. (The Leeds MBA and 100% online courses are not eligible).
- Be self-funding or partially funded.
- Be registered as a University of Leeds student on 30 January 2026.
- Have met all offer conditions, accepted the offer, and paid a tuition fee deposit of £2,000 by the date specified in your offer letter.
No Application Required
One of the biggest advantages of this scholarship is that it is automatic:
- If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will be automatically awarded the scholarship after receiving an offer.
- An email confirming the award will be sent after your course offer, and you will need to accept it via the link provided in the award notification.
Payment & Registration
- The scholarship is deducted from the second instalment of your tuition fees, due in February 2026.
- It will be applied only if you are registered on 30 January 2026.
- Students are encouraged to use an instalment plan for tuition payments.
