If you’ve been searching for a high-impact international fellowship that blends technology, law, and public policy on a global stage, the ITS Global Policy Fellowship Program 2026 has just opened its doors—and it’s one of the most exciting opportunities of the year. Announced on 28 November 2025, this prestigious program enters its 10th edition, continuing a longstanding tradition of hosting researchers, scholars, and professionals from all around the world. Over the past decade, nearly 60 fellows have taken part, engaging deeply with Brazil’s technological, legal, and policy ecosystem.
Organized by the Institute for Technology & Society (ITS) in Brazil, the fellowship is designed for foreign applicants who want to expand their expertise at the intersection of digital innovation, public policy, governance, and societal impact. Whether you are studying technology regulation, digital rights, internet governance, or GovTech innovation — this is your chance to work directly with one of Latin America’s most influential think tanks.
A Four-Week Immersive Experience Across Three Major Brazilian Cities
The fellowship includes a highly intensive four-week program, taking place from June 29 to July 24, 2026. ITS has designed a schedule filled with interaction, field visits, and real-world learning.

- Policy dialogues with lawyers, government officials, journalists, and industry leaders
- Collaboration opportunities on ITS publications and projects
