Khalifa University Spring 2026 Scholarships Open for All Nationalities

Khalifa University of Science and Technology (KU), a leading research-focused institution in the UAE, has officially opened applications for its Spring 2026 PhD programs. Students from across the globe are encouraged to apply before the deadline of 15 September 2025 to join one of the Middle East’s top centers for innovation, research, and advanced learning.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements depending on their academic background:

With a Master’s Degree:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
    • Master’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 3.25/4.0 or equivalent.

Direct PhD (without Master’s):

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3.5/4.0 or equivalent.
    • Minimum quantitative score of 150 in the GRE General Test (all three sections required).

English Proficiency:

    • TOEFL iBT score of 91, IELTS 6.5, or EmSAT 1550 (home editions not accepted).
    • Exemptions may apply for native English speakers or graduates of English-medium institutions.
