Basic Requirements for All Applicants
- Must be a citizen of a developing country
- Must hold a valid non-diplomatic passport until at least December 31, 2027
- Must be in good health and provide a certified medical report

The official application submission period opens on 02 February 2026 and remains active until 31 March 2026, during which candidates must complete the online form and upload all required documents. After submissions close, the Indonesian Embassy verification stage will take place from 06 April 2026 to 17 April 2026, where documents and applicant information will be reviewed and approved in the applicant’s home country.
Following embassy screening, the Directorate of Institutional Affairs will conduct a second verification round from 20 April 2026 to 30 April 2026 to ensure all applications meet the scholarship’s administrative requirements.
