• Master’s with Thesis: 10 scholarships across all eligible thesis-based programs (excluding LL.M., Clinical Psychology, and non-thesis programs). GRE and TOEFL scores are required.
• Ph.D.: 20 scholarships in all doctoral programs. GRE and TOEFL scores are required.
• Research Scholarships: 5–10 awards for post-doctoral researchers or Ph.D. candidates at the dissertation stage from foreign institutions.

Application Timeline

Applications for the Turkish Scholarships Program follow the annual schedule:

• Undergraduate and Master’s applicants must complete and submit their Türkiye Scholarships application (usually due in February) and a separate Koç University admission application by the university’s set deadlines.
• Ph.D. applicants apply directly to Koç University by program deadlines for the Fall intake and, if shortlisted, are later nominated to Turkish Scholarships in August–September 2025.
• Research scholarships are also announced in line with Koç University’s academic calendar, with evaluation and results typically shared between August and early September, 2025.
