The KTH One-Year Scholarship 2025 presents an exclusive opportunity for current KTH Royal Institute of Technology master’s students who have demonstrated exceptional academic performance in their first year. This prestigious scholarship covers the tuition fee for the second year of a two-year master’s programme at KTH, helping high-achieving students ease their financial burden and focus on their studies.

What Does the KTH One-Year Scholarship Cover?

The KTH One-Year Scholarship fully covers the tuition fee for the second year of a two-year master’s programme at KTH. However, students must note that this scholarship does not include living costs, and recipients will need to finance their own accommodation, food, and other expenses.

Who is Eligible?

To qualify for the KTH One-Year Scholarship 2025, applicants must:

  • Be current fee-paying students at KTH.
  • Have completed the first year of their two (02) year master’s programme at KTH with outstanding academic results.
  • Have satisfactory grades to progress to the second year of their studies.
  • Not be enrolled in joint master’s programmes or EIT programmes, as these are not covered by the scholarship.

The application process for the KTH One-Year Scholarship 2025 begins on 1 April 2025, with the deadline set for 15 April 2025. The scholarship results will be announced in late April 2025. In the 2024 cycle, only 12 out of 145 eligible students (approximately 8%) were selected for the scholarship, making it a highly competitive opportunity.
