Three (03) Scholarship Programs at KIT for Fall 2025

KIT offers three distinct scholarship tracks for international students for fall 2025, ensuring accessibility to quality education with varying levels of financial support.

Eligibility Criteria for KIT South Korea Scholarships

Applicants for all three scholarships must have a strong academic background and meet specific language proficiency requirements. Depending on the scholarship, acceptable language tests include TOPIK (Level 3-5), TOEFL (IBT 79-85), TOEIC 750, TEPS 327, or IELTS 6.0. Additionally, candidates applying for K-GKS must be willing to reside and work in Gyeongsangbuk-do for at least three years after graduation. Students must prepare their application documents, including academic transcripts, proof of language proficiency, and a study plan, to meet the respective scholarship requirement.

The application deadline for the General Admission Scholarship is from April to June 2025. For the KIT-GKS Scholarship, applications must be submitted by March 31, 2025, with results expected by the end of June 2025. The K-GKS Scholarship has an application deadline of April 18, 2025, with the estimated announcement of successful candidates on June 9, 2025. Scholarship results will be announced in June 2025, with specific dates varying by program.
