Who is Eligible?
- PhD holders (or those with official approval to defend their thesis) within five years of completion.
- Scholars from any country, regardless of nationality.
- Research interests in political and social sciences, economics, law, or history.
- Strong English language proficiency (level C1 of the CEFR).
