NOHA Scholarship 2026 Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Program Open

The world of humanitarian leadership just received electrifying news — the NOHA Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s in International Humanitarian Action has officially opened applications for its 2026–2028 cohort!
If you’ve ever dreamed of working with the United Nations, Red Cross, or global NGOs that lead crisis response, this program is your golden ticket.

This isn’t an ordinary master’s — it’s a life-changing expedition across Europe. Students study and live in multiple countries, moving from Spain to Sweden, Ireland to Germany, or even France to Malta, building cross-cultural expertise while learning from 150+ humanitarian academics and field professionals.

Each year, only a few brilliant minds from around the world are chosen to receive the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship — one of the world’s most competitive and generous scholarships. Successful candidates receive €1 400 per month for two years, full tuition coverage, travel, insurance, and relocation support.

The NOHA network, formed in 1993, has grown into a global alliance of leading universities and humanitarian agencies — including Deusto, UCD Dublin, Ruhr Bochum, Groningen, Warsaw, Uppsala, Malta, and Aix-Marseille.

In addition to European study modules, students can pursue field placements or contextual studies in Jordan, India, Thailand, Colombia, the USA, or Sierra Leone, gaining real-world insights into crisis management, humanitarian law, and global policy.
