Northern New York Community Foundation Scholarship 2025 for Students in New York
The Northern New York Community Foundation (NNYCF) has launched an exciting scholarship initiative for the Class of 2025. This challenge is aimed at encouraging higher participation from high school seniors in Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence counties and offers schools the chance to win grant support totaling $5,000.
Benefits of the Scholarship Program
- Financial Assistance: Last year, NNYCF awarded $1.33 million in scholarship support to 583 graduating seniors. The average scholarship amount was $2,250, with many students receiving multiple awards.
- Broad Eligibility: Students pursuing education at accredited colleges, universities, technical, or trade schools are eligible.
- School Grants: Participating schools have an opportunity to win grants to support schoolwide initiatives or projects chosen by senior class officers.

1# Participation Grants:

2# Top Performer Grants:

- The top three schools with the highest participation rates in each county by the March 15, 2025, deadline will compete for $2,000 grants.
3# Random Selection: Winning schools for both grant categories will be selected randomly.
