Who Can Apply? Are You Eligible?
The program is open to talented overseas Koreans who meet the following criteria:

- Must have completed all education abroad.
- Planning to enroll in a Korean university in Fall 2025 (September) or Spring 2026 (March).

The application window is open from March 7 to April 7, 2025. Applicants must complete the online application at www.korean.net, print the form, and send it along with all required documents to the designated public office in their country. The application package must reach the Korean Education Center in Seattle or the respective public office by April 7, 2025. Following submission, the review and interview process will take place between April and May 2025.
