Responsibilities
As a news intern, you’ll:
- Be immersed in the newsroom’s day-to-day operations, including chasing stories, writing content, and making editorial decisions.
- Collaborate with reporters, photographers, and other newsroom professionals on field assignments.
- Pitch and develop compelling stories for various platforms.
- Assist with newsroom projects and gain exposure to press conferences and story coverage.
Eligibility Benchmark Requirements
To qualify for the Paramount News Internship, you must:
- Be a Junior, Senior, or Master’s student as of Fall 2025.
- Commit to a full-time schedule (5 days a week) for 10 weeks starting in June 2025.
- Have employment eligibility in the United States (no sponsorship available).
- Demonstrate a passion for journalism and storytelling.
