Raydon Graduate Research Scholarships 2024 Humanities and Social Sciences Students
Are you a graduate research student in the Humanities and Social Sciences? The Raydon Graduate Research Scholarships are prestigious top-up scholarships designed to help support your living costs while you pursue your research at Monash University.
These scholarships are awarded in addition to a Research Training Program (RTP) Stipend or Monash Graduate Scholarship, thanks to the philanthropic support of the Narodowski Investment Trust.
Available Scholarships
Each year, six scholarships are awarded:
- Alex Raydon PhD Scholarship
- Alex Raydon and Nina Narodowski PhD Scholarship (x 2)
- Max and Riva Radunski PhD Scholarship
- Sam and Nina Narodowski PhD Scholarship
- Sonia Narodowski PhD Scholarship
Scholarship Details
- Total Value: $22,600 per annum (2024 rate)
- Number Offered: Six scholarships each year
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Raydon Graduate Research Scholarships, you must be:
- A New Zealand citizen
- An Australian citizen
- An international student
- An Australian humanitarian visa holder
- An Australian permanent resident
Additionally, you must meet the following criteria:
- Meet Monash’s competitive scholarship selection process requirements.
- Be undertaking research in the study areas of social justice, social inclusion, human rights, sustainability or environment, or social policy for the betterment of society.
- Have submitted a scholarship application in the current year.
- Be enrolled in one of the relevant faculties: Art, Design and Architecture; Arts; Education; or Law.
- Meet Monash English language proficiency requirements.
