Foreign students interested in pursuing a high-quality education in one of Europe’s most progressive, innovative, and inclusive countries now have an exciting opportunity. On September 4, 2025, the official Study in Sweden Virtual Fair will take place online, connecting prospective international students with representatives from 18 Swedish universities.

This free, interactive event will run from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (your local time) and offers valuable insights for students aiming to study in Sweden during the 2026 intake.

Why Attend the Study in Sweden Virtual Fair?

Sweden consistently ranks among the top countries in the world for education, sustainability, and quality of life. With over 1,000 degree programs offered entirely in English, Sweden is an ideal destination for students who want to pursue a degree abroad without facing language barriers. The Study in Sweden Fair is designed to provide international students with all the necessary guidance to start their academic journey in Sweden.

At this event, students will:

  • Connect directly with university representatives from 18 top Swedish institutions, including Uppsala University, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Chalmers University of Technology, Stockholm University, Lund University, Linköping University, and others.
  • Ask questions in real-time about scholarships, tuition-free opportunities, student life, visa processes, application requirements, and accommodation.
  • Explore a wide range of academic programs across disciplines such as engineering, environmental science, social sciences, health, humanities, IT, business, and more.
  • Learn how to study in Sweden for free or at a reduced cost through scholarship opportunities and tuition waivers offered by Swedish universities.

What Makes Sweden a Unique Study Destination?

Sweden is known for its commitment to equality, innovation, and global collaboration. The country offers an academic environment where students are encouraged to think independently, collaborate across cultures, and challenge traditional ideas. Swedish universities place a strong emphasis on creativity, practical learning, and global impact.

In addition to receiving a world-class education, students in Sweden benefit from a welcoming atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to be themselves, regardless of background, identity, or nationality. The country is also widely recognized for its strong focus on sustainability, social responsibility, and work-life balance.
