    • Energy and Power – School of Energy and Power Engineering.

2# Doctoral Degree Programs (4 years, English-taught)

    • Electrical Engineering – School of Electrical Engineering
    • Mechanical Engineering – School of Mechanical and Vehicle Engineering
    • Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics – School of Energy and Power Engineering.

Who Can Apply? – Eligibility Criteria

  • Nationality: Must be a non-Chinese citizen from a Belt and Road country (https://www.yidaiyilu.gov.cn/country).
  • Health: Applicants must be in good physical and mental health.
  • Educational Requirements: Master’s Applicants: Must have a Bachelor’s degree and be under 35 years old and PhD Applicants must have a Master’s degree and be under 40 years old.
  • Language Requirements: Non-native English speakers must provide IELTS (6.0+), TOEFL (80+), or equivalent proof of English proficiency.
    Alternative: Certificate from the previous university stating that the degree was taught in English, or proof of studying in an English-speaking country for over one year.
  • Academic Performance: Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or 80 out of 100.
  • No Other Scholarships: Applicants cannot hold any other scholarships while applying.
