Who Can Apply?

Tuition Fees and Scholarships at SCUT

The tuition fee for the Bachelor of Engineering in Soft Matter Science and Engineering program at the South China University of Technology (SCUT) is ¥95,000 per year, applicable to both domestic and international students. To support outstanding applicants, SCUT offers a range of scholarship opportunities.

The Chinese Government Scholarship is open for applications from October 1, 2025, to February 2026. Additionally, two scholarships specifically designed for new international students—the Guangdong Provincial Government Scholarship and the SCUT Outstanding International Student Scholarship—both have an application deadline of June 30, 2026.
