Southeast University (SEU), one of China’s leading institutions, is now accepting applications for the SEU Scholarship 2025, providing an excellent opportunity for international students to pursue their higher education in China. The scholarship aims to support outstanding students in undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs across various disciplines.
SEU 2025 Scholarship Package Offers
The SEU Scholarship offers significant financial support to international students, including:
- Full or partial tuition fee waivers

- Accommodation assistance (for certain categories of scholars)
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the SEU Scholarship 2025, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a non-Chinese citizen in good health.
- For undergraduate programs, applicants must have a high school diploma and be under 25 years old.
- For master’s programs, applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree and be under 35 years old.
- For doctoral programs, applicants must possess a master’s degree and be under 40 years old.
- Language proficiency:
- Chinese-taught programs: HSK 4 (or HSK 5 for medical, MTCSOL, and economics programs). If the required HSK level is not met, one year of language study is required.
- English-taught programs: IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 80 (if English is not the applicant’s native or official language).
- Must provide two recommendation letters.
- A research proposal of at least 800 words is required for master’s and doctoral applicants.
- Doctoral program applicants and master’s applicants in Medical or Economic & Management majors must obtain a letter of acceptance from an SEU supervisor.
