What the STIBET Scholarship Offers?

Each scholarship grants €400 per month for 3 months, designed to ease financial pressure while you focus on your final project or continue your social contributions to the university community. There are two (02) fully funded STIBET scholarship types:

1# Graduation Scholarship

Created for students ready to submit their thesis within the next semester.
You must:

    • Be a full-time student at Anhalt University.
    • Have achieved good to excellent grades.
    • Be living in Germany during your final research or thesis phase.

2# Scholarship for Social Commitment

Designed for those who have been the heart and soul of campus life.
You must:

    • Have been enrolled at Anhalt University for at least one semester.
    • Maintain strong academic performance.
    • Be actively engaged in international or social initiatives — such as volunteering as a buddy or participating in university cultural events.

Application Documents – Your Winning Checklist

To make your application stand out, it’s essential to prepare and upload all required documents online through the official application portal of Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. Incomplete submissions are not considered, so double-check everything before hitting submit.

List of Required Documents

  1. Letter of Motivation
    Write a compelling one-page letter (maximum 1,800 characters) describing your academic goals, achievements, and how this scholarship will help you complete your studies successfully. A clear, authentic, and concise motivation letter can significantly strengthen your application.

  2. Academic Transcript (His-Qis Extract)
    Include a certified record of your academic and examination achievements from the university’s His-Qis portal. This document serves as proof of your academic performance and progress.

  3. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
    Prepare a well-structured, up-to-date CV (maximum two pages) that highlights your educational background, skills, volunteer work, and extracurricular involvement.

  4. Copy of Passport
    Upload a clear and valid copy of your passport’s identification page to verify your nationality and identity.

  5. Professor’s Recommendation Letter
    Request a reference letter from one of your professors. This must be sent directly by the professor to the official scholarship email. Make sure to inform your professor about the submission deadline in advance.

  • Confirmation of Thesis Registration or Timetable Until Graduation – A document showing your expected graduation timeline or confirmation that you’ve registered for your final thesis.
