Turkcell Scholarship Program 2025 for MSc and PhD Students

The ITU Faculty of Computer and Informatics Engineering, in collaboration with Turkcell, is thrilled to announce the Turkcell Research and Scholarship Program 2025. This prestigious program is designed to support students pursuing graduate studies in the ITU Computer Engineering Graduate Program at the MSc and PhD levels.

Benefits Package

The Turkcell Scholarship Program offers an extensive benefits package to selected candidates, ensuring they can focus on their academic and research pursuits without financial constraints.

1# Monthly Stipend:

• • Amount: 55,000 TL per month
  • Duration: 12 months, totaling 660,000 TL annually

2# Publication and Research Expenses Bonus:

• • Amount: 15,000 TL per publication/project-related expenses
  • Frequency: Maximum of two times per year

3# Additional Coverage:

• • Open-access journal fees
  • Conference travel and registration expenses
  • Research-related online service fees (subject to evaluation)

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements to qualify for the scholarship:

1# Academic Qualifications:

• • A minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.00/4.00.
  • Enrollment in the ITU Computer Engineering Graduate Program.

2# Documents Required:

1. 1. Transcripts (undergraduate and graduate).
   2. A detailed CV.
   3. Approval letter from the academic advisor.
   4. A 300–500-word research plan outlining potential academic papers or project outcomes for the year.

3# Additional Criteria:

• • Candidates must not hold any other scholarships or part-time/full-time jobs.
  • They must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00 each semester and avoid disciplinary actions or criminal records during their studies.
