The YTB-IsDB Joint Scholarship Program 2025 has officially opened applications for international students from IsDB member countries. This prestigious scholarship, jointly offered by the Turkish Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) and the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), provides full financial support for students seeking to study at top universities in Türkiye.
What Does the Scholarship Offer?
Selected candidates will receive a fully-funded scholarship, which includes:
- University admission to leading Turkish institutions.
- Tuition fee coverage.
- Monthly stipends for living expenses.
- Health insurance.
- Accommodation support.
- Round-trip airfare.
- Turkish language preparatory course (if required).
Eligible Degree Programs
Scholarships are available for students pursuing degrees in Science and Technology for Development at the following levels:
- Associate Degree
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree
- PhD Programs
Interest-Free Loan for Associate and Bachelor’s Degrees
For Associate and Bachelor’s degree recipients, the scholarship is structured as a Qard-Hasan (interest-free loan). Graduates will repay the loan in easy installments after securing employment. The repayment is made to the IsDB Education Trust (IET), a waqf (trust fund) established in students’ home countries to support future scholars. Meanwhile, the scholarship for Master’s and PhD programs is provided as a full grant.
