3# Exclusions:
This scholarship does not cover online, part-time, clinical, January-start programs, offshore campus courses, or the UCD International Study Centre Foundation Year Pathway.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the UCD Global Excellence Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be classified as non-EU for tuition fee purposes.
- Hold an Offer or Conditional Offer for an eligible UCD undergraduate or graduate taught program.
- Submit a complete scholarship application by the relevant deadline.
- Be self-funded, as this scholarship cannot be combined with other UCD tuition scholarships.

Scholarship applications are evaluated based on academic merit and a holistic review of the scholarship application. Regional deadlines for submission are:
- South Asia Graduate Taught Applicants Application Deadline: February 28, 2025
- All Other Regions Application Deadline: March 31, 2025.
