This scholarship is tailored for students demonstrating exceptional academic performance, research potential, and comprehensive achievements. The scholarship is renewed annually based on performance. Three levels are available:

- Second-Class: Covers tuition and on-campus accommodation.
- Third-Class: Covers tuition.
