University of Turin Scholarships 2025 in Italy
The University of Turin (UniTo) is offering 10 annual scholarships for international students under the “UniTo for Students at Risk” program for the academic year 2024-2025. These scholarships aim to support students who hold a residence permit for international protection, special protection, or temporary protection due to the humanitarian emergency in Ukraine, among other forms of protection in accordance with Italian immigration laws.
Benefits
Each scholarship provides a total cash benefit of €11,000 (gross). In addition to the monetary support, recipients will benefit from a range of support services designed to facilitate their integration into university and social life. These services include welcome and orientation, assisted procedures for university enrolment, cultural mediation, psychological support, and tutoring. Customized accommodation services will also be available for students with disabilities or specific learning disorders.
Eligibility Checks
To be eligible for the UniTo for Students at Risk scholarships, applicants must:
- Be born after January 1, 1995.
- Hold a residence permit for international protection, special protection, or temporary protection issued in Italy from 2018.
- Hold a foreign qualification eligible for enrolment at UniTo for the 2024/2025 academic year.
- Have submitted their application on the Apply@UniTo platform by the specified deadlines.
- Not be beneficiaries of other scholarships granted by public or private institutions.

Complete Scholarship Application
Fill out the online Google form available at UniTo Scholarships for International Students (https://en.unito.it/studying-unito/scholarships-international-students) by September 9, 2024, 11:00 CEST and attach the following documents:

- Copy of passport page certifying identity
- Copy of residence permit or positive outcome of the interview with the Territorial Commission for asylum or subsidiary protection holders
- Motivational letter in Italian or English
- Curriculum vitae
- Foreign qualification and related documentation with certified translation if needed
- Self-certification or official language certification of at least B1 level.
