The U.S. Embassy in Türkiye has just issued a critical update that will affect all nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applicants: a new visa appointment platform will officially launch on May 30, 2025, replacing the current system.

    • Double-check your DS-160 barcode number. It must match the one in the system.
    • Visit: ais.usvisa-info.com and update your barcode by May 14, 2025 if needed.
    • Attend your appointment as scheduled.

✅ Paid but Haven’t Booked Yet?

    • Schedule your appointment by May 18 at: ais.usvisa-info.com

✅ Haven’t Started Yet?

    • Act fast! Cash fee payments stop May 14, credit card payments stop May 17, 2025.

✅ Instructed to Submit Documents?

    • Submit all required documents before May 23, 2025 to avoid delays.

✅ Immigrant Visa Applicants:

    • No action needed if already scheduled.
    • If you’ve paid but not scheduled, do so by May 19.
    • From May 30 onward, all applicants must register on ustraveldocs.com and follow the Legacy Applicant Instructions if switching platforms.
