Eligibility Criteria for President’s Scholarship
- Be a first-time international student entering UWinnipeg
- Hold a minimum average of 80% or equivalent
- Have proven leadership experience and potential
- Must be registered full-time and have a complete admission file (documents + fees
Wu Chung Scholarship – The Full Ride!
If you’re from Huadu (Guangzhou) or Hong Kong, this is your once-in-a-lifetime chance. The Wu Chung Scholarship covers everything—from your tuition to your meals and even your airfare!
What It Covers?
- Full tuition and university fees (for up to 4 years)
- Books, supplies, and course materials
- On-campus housing and dining

Who’s Eligible?
- Must be a resident of Huadu or Hong Kong
- No previous post-secondary education
