CREDO has officially launched the call for applications for its eighth (8th) cycle of internships, inviting motivated Master’s students from around the world to gain first-hand experience in international cultural relations and diplomacy.
Whether your background is in public and cultural diplomacy or in another discipline, this is an opportunity to work alongside leading researchers, practitioners, and policymakers while actively shaping CREDO’s projects and strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing – Core Roles and Tasks
You will gain hands-on experience in multiple areas, including:
Research & Partnership Development

- Conduct research for CREDO’s initiatives.
- Support in organizing seminars, cultural practice sessions, and engagement events.
- Build relationships with relevant partners locally and internationally.
Communication & Outreach

- Manage and publish content for social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X) using tools like Canva.
- Maintain and update the CREDO website.
- Write and arrange blog posts from partners and relevant contributors.
- Disseminate partner news through newsletters, the website, and social media.
Networking & Engagement

- Meet with students, researchers, and practitioners to discuss CREDO’s work.
- Maintain active contact with stakeholders by integrating them into the CREDO network.
- Reach out to members of the advisory and management board for updates and collaborative content.
Team Participation

- Join CREDO’s weekly management meetings.
- Contribute ideas and take part in collective decision-making.
Who Should Apply – Eligibility Criteria
- Must be enrolled in a Master’s degree programme.
- Strong skills in Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
- Familiarity with mailing list tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English (Italian is an asset but not required).
- Strong organisational and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work with CREDO’s website platform.
- Based predominantly in Siena, Italy.
