The Anne Hart Scholarship offers partial tuition fee waivers to exceptional international students enrolling in selected Master’s programs at KU Leuven for the 2026–2027 academic year. Who Can Apply?

Applicants must hold citizenship from an eligible country in Africa, Asia, Central and South America, Oceania, or Eastern Europe (based on the OECD-DAC ODA list) and must have completed their first degree in their home country.
