Designed for professionals working to grow entrepreneurship and climate-focused innovation, Impact Pioneers offers an eight-week leadership journey combining weekly online sessions with a fully funded one-week summit in Stockholm. Participants will exchange insights with global peers, learn directly from Sweden’s innovation leaders, and build long-term international partnerships to strengthen local startup ecosystems.
Participation is completely free and includes flights, accommodation, training sessions, and access to Sweden’s leading innovation environments. Applications for the 2026 cohort are expected to open in February, making this one of the most strategic leadership opportunities for entrepreneurship ecosystem builders across Europe and the MENA region.
What You Will Gain from Impact Pioneers 2026?
Selected participants of Impact Pioneers 2026 will join an elite international network of professionals dedicated to strengthening entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems. The programme is fully funded and structured to provide practical learning, global exposure, and long-term collaboration opportunities.
You will receive full coverage of all programme costs including flights to Sweden for the onsite summit, accommodation, meals, local transport, and insurance during your stay. Throughout the programme, you will participate in online masterclasses, networking sessions, and collaborative workshops designed to strengthen your leadership in innovation and sustainable entrepreneurship.
The Stockholm summit will provide first-hand exposure to Sweden’s startup ecosystem, innovation hubs, accelerators, and sustainability-driven enterprises. You will connect with Swedish organizations, global peers, and ecosystem leaders while developing partnerships that can expand your organization’s international reach.
By the end of the programme, you will create an action plan to implement new strategies, partnerships, and tools in your local ecosystem, helping your organization support entrepreneurs more effectively and drive sustainable growth.
Who Can Apply for Impact Pioneers Scholarship in Sweden?
You should apply if you are actively working to support entrepreneurs and innovation ecosystems in your country and want to build stronger international partnerships.
To be eligible, you must:
- Be a citizen and resident of an eligible programme country
- Work in an organization that supports entrepreneurship, innovation, or sustainability initiatives
- Hold a role such as startup hub manager, incubator or accelerator leader, tech hub founder, university innovation manager, or public sector professional supporting entrepreneurship
- Have authority to develop new international partnerships for your organization
- Have strong written and spoken English skills
- Be ready to actively participate, collaborate, and share knowledge with global peers
- Identify challenges or opportunities in your ecosystem that you want to address during the programme
Eligible countries include selected nations across Europe and the MENA region such as Armenia, Azerbaijan, Estonia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Sweden, Ukraine, Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Tunisia, and Palestine.
Your organisation must also be locally based and engaged in supporting entrepreneurs, particularly in sustainability or green transition sectors.
