Eligibility Required to Apply

Applicants must demonstrate strong academic performance and meet both government and host university admission requirements.

• Must apply for an eligible master’s programme at a participating Flemish institution
• Must be an international student from any country worldwide
• Must meet academic excellence criteria set by the host institution
• Must obtain admission or pre-admission to the chosen master’s programme
• Cannot combine the Master Mind Scholarship with other Flemish government or major international scholarships
• Must be nominated by the host institution (students cannot apply independently)
• Must meet language and academic entry requirements of the selected university
