Additionally, beneficiaries receive comprehensive support from the Embassy of France in India, which includes assistance in finding affordable housing, access to social security benefits, and waivers for Campus France and visa fees. The scholarship duration extends up to one year or for the length of the project/study program in France and is not renewable.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Amba Dalmia Scholarship, candidates must:
- Be female students or professionals aged 18 or above.
- Have completed their high school or graduation from a recognized institution with a remarkable academic record.
- Have applied to or secured admission in a higher education institution in France.
- Candidates who have received the French Government or Erasmus Mundus scholarships are not eligible.
- While knowledge of French is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
