Emile Boutmy Scholarship Benefits

For Bachelor’s Degree Students:

  • Retains the tuition grant during the third year abroad.

For Master’s Degree Students:

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Émile Boutmy Scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be first-time applicants from a non-European Union country.
  • Have a household that does not file taxes within the European Union.
  • Be admitted to an Undergraduate or Master’s program at Sciences Po.

Ineligible Candidates

  • Candidates with dual citizenship, including EU citizenship.
  • Quebec candidates for master’s degrees (eligible for sliding scale fees).

  • Candidates applying via the French graduate admission procedure.

The scholarship cannot be combined with other scholarships, except in exceptional cases decided by the jury.
