Emile Boutmy Scholarship Benefits

For Bachelor’s Degree Students:

Tuition grants of €14,720, €9,500, or €6,500 per year, based on the student’s profile and financial need.
Covers the full three years of the undergraduate program.
Retains the tuition grant during the third year abroad.

For Master’s Degree Students:

A tuition grant of €13,100 per year for each of the two years of the Master’s program.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Émile Boutmy Scholarship, applicants must:

Be first-time applicants from a non-European Union country.
Have a household that does not file taxes within the European Union.
Be admitted to an Undergraduate or Master’s program at Sciences Po.

Ineligible Candidates

Swiss and Norwegian applicants (who may be entitled to CROUS scholarships).
Candidates with dual citizenship, including EU citizenship.
Quebec candidates for master’s degrees (eligible for sliding scale fees).
Candidates for specific dual-degree programs, exchange students, and Ph.D. students.
Candidates applying via the French graduate admission procedure.

The scholarship cannot be combined with other scholarships, except in exceptional cases decided by the jury.
